LOOM WOVEN DOWN CHAMBERS STRETCH NYLON-TC: Down blouson made from a light stretch nylon, crafted using a special loom weaving technique that automatically creates the compartments where the feather padding is then injected. Seams are thus avoided, with the advantage of substantially increasing the hold of the feathers inside the chambers. The finished garment is padded via direct injection with the finest feathers, specifically treated to withstand the garment dyeing process. The addition of a special agent to the dyeing recipe gives the garment an anti-drop finish.
