Saucony collaborates with Albino & Preto on the Shadow 5000. For their interpretation of the runner, the duo was inspired by Jiu Jitsu. The upper is done in various shades of gray and black, different materials such as suede, pearl weave parts and rubber give the upper depth. The rubber toebox has been given a tatami print, reminiscent of the traditional rice straw mats often used as flooring in Japan. The speckled midsole and purple pulltabs on the tongue then add a bit of color.
